3:30 pm--meet at park with supplies to set up 
                 Grill:  Rhonda 
                 Food (hotdogs, chips, water, ketchup, mustard, buns, 
                 relish):  Rubin and Freda 
                 Coolers:  Lori (2) and Rhonda (1) 
                 Napkins:  Rubin 
                 Ice:  Rhonda 
4:30 pm--sell 
                 Freda, Jennifer, Lori, Rhonda 
4:30 pm--Jazz Band set up (flat bed trailer) 
 
5:00 pm--Jazz Band Plays welcome music 
 
5:30 pm--ceremony starts 
              Jazz Band will play a number as the flag is retired and 
              following the ceremony
